Why use a quality agreement for an OEM pet supplement project?

A quality agreement turns expectations into assigned responsibilities. It can define specifications, release authority, approved suppliers, deviations, out-of-specification handling, change notification, complaints, adverse-event escalation, traceability, recalls, document access and retention.
